When Viking Air comes out to diagnose the problem, Club Members receive a discount towards the diagnostic fee.

Drain Line Guarantee
Viking Air will guarantee that your drain line is flushed and draining properly (excludes condominium and/or shared lines and drain line replacement).
- For Platinum Members, within 180 days since last maintenance
- For Gold Members, within 120 days since last maintenance
- For Silver Members, within 90 days since last maintenance
Priority Service
You receive priority scheduling ahead of non-club customers.
One Year Warranty on Repairs
Viking Air provides a one year warranty on parts and labor on the replaced component.
Warranty Verification
We verify your manufacturer’s warranty so you don’t have to so we handle the paperwork for when warranty repairs are needed.
